Chia-Hemp-Flax Seed Hot Breakfast Cereal

1 TBSP Chia Seeds

1 TBSP Hemp Seeds

1 TBSP Flax Seeds

1 TBSP Almond Flour

20 Grams of Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a pot and cook for 2 to 4 minutes. Remove and top with berries and/or flaked coconut.

The cereal itself is 440 calories, 20 grams of carbohydrates, 14 grams of fiber, 28 grams of fat and 33 grams of protein.

You can use substitutes like flax seed milk, coconut milk and coconut flour.
