Gingerbread Maple Coffee

Ingredients:

1 cup coffee

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tablespoon gingerbread spice mix

1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or choc zero maple syrup to reduce sugar

Frothed almond milk (optional, for garnish)

Prepare a cup of your favorite coffee.

Warm and Froth Almond Milk: In a small saucepan, gently warm the unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Once warmed, froth the almond milk until it reaches a creamy consistency.
