Food Prepping Ideas

Food prepping for the week is so helpful when you are busy or get home too late to start cooking.

I like to make items that I can mix and match to create different meals out of left overs.

I baked boneless, skinless chicken thighs that were lightly coated in olive oil, salt and pepper.

The acorn squash I baked and mashed with butter and cinnamon.

The spaghetti squash I simply cooked in the microwave.

I sauteed mushrooms in butter and garlic and mixed with a spicy marinara sauce.

Meal combos:

1. Chicken and acorn squash
2. Mushroom marinara over "spaghetti"
3. Mushroom marinara and chicken "spaghetti"
4. Mix pre-bought pesto in the "spaghetti" and mix in diced up chicken to make a pesto and chicken "spaghetti"food
