Notice that four of the symptoms have to do specifically with brain health. Your brain depends on you eating fats called EFAs or essential fatty acids. They are called essential because the body can not produce them and it is essential that you include them in your diet.

The following are high in omega 3:

Flaxseed
Fish oil/Fatty fish
Chia seed
Walnuts
Fish roe
