Holiday Traveling...

As the holidays approach, one area of concern may be how to eat healthy while traveling. Be prepared by bringing your own snacks while traveling by car or plane. Try some of the following suggestions this holiday season.....

1. Nuts

2. Bars (Kind, RX, Health Warrior or Paleo)

3. Fruit with a to-go packet of natural peanut butter

4. An RTD (Ready To Drink protein shake) that you can pour over ice

5. A packet of protein powder that you can shake into a bottle of water

6. Raw veggies like carrots and snap peas

Apple Pie Spice....

I ran out my pumpkin spice to add to my vanilla protein shake and found this at the grocery store. It contains cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. SO delicious!
