I have noticed a trend of protein bowls or breakfast bowls in restaurants. I absolutely love this idea so I started making my own at home and I am looking forward to being creative.
I made this bowl with organic, refried black beans, spinach scrambled eggs, salsa and goat cheese.bowl

Evolution - Cold Pressed Green Juice

A client brought this new product to my attention. It is a cold pressed, no sugar added green juice. The whole bottle is only 100 calories and 22 grams of net carbs. It can be found at Sprout's, Starbucks and some CVS stores. Try a half bottle in the morning with some eggs if you do not have time to juice your self.

I am so happy that a Modern Market has opened very close to me. I like how the menu and receipt shows the calories in the food and I love the term "nutricate" nutritionally educate.1
