Low Carb Burger

Whether it's Father's Day, 4th of July or a BBQ pool side, you can still have a delicious burger and watch your waist line.
I made a jalapeno and onion grass fed burger topped with organic thousand island dressing, tomato and avocado nestled in a wedge of cold iceburg lettuce.
I will admit after my first bite, I thinned out the lettuce so it was easier to fold and eat.
