Low Carb "Pasta"

Zucchini (one per person)

Olive Oil

Garlic

Capers

Sea salt, Black Pepper

Chicken

Parmesan Cheese

After spiralizing the zucchini, I sauteed the noodles in olive oil, garlic, capers, sea salt and black pepper. Once tender, I topped with left over chicken and grated Parmesan. Simple and flavorful!
